Your community shouldn't be complicated

We make it simple

We believe great communities are built by listening, engaging, and adapting. Social Hub exists to help brands step inside their communities, and test what actually works, and create engagement that lasts.

Too many brands treat communities like a numbers game. More members, more posts, more data. But real engagement isn’t about volume. It is about connection. We started Social Hub to help businesses move beyond metrics and focus on what actually makes communities thrive.

Why we do this

We come from communities, not boardrooms

Social Hub was created by people who built and led communities long before becoming community specialists. Five years ago, we started as volunteer community managers, shaping and managing online spaces out of passion. We weren’t outsiders making assumptions. We were the ones running discussions, driving engagement, and creating spaces where real communities could thrive.

Along the way, we noticed a challenge many brands face. They invest in social media, campaigns, and engagement efforts, yet something still feels disconnected. Community growth isn’t just about posting content or responding to comments. It’s about how a brand listens, involves its members, and builds real relationships. Many businesses rely on community managers or marketing teams to act as the bridge, but true engagement starts from within the brand itself. People don’t just want a reply. They want to know they are heard, valued, and part of something bigger. As brands have struggled to sustain authentic communities, fewer people have taken on community-building roles, and deep knowledge of real engagement has started to disappear. We created Social Hub to change that.

Your community isn’t just an audience. They should be the third party you always rely on to help build your brand.
